You’ll have nine incredible amenity spaces to make your own, including an 8th floor terrace with stunning views of Leeds, fully equipped gym & studio, private dining room, karaoke and TV rooms, and inspiring co-working spaces for solo study or getting together with friends.

What's included in my rent?

Your rent covers all utility bills (water, electricity, and heating), superfast Wi-Fi, weekly laundry credits, 24/7 staffing, access to all communal amenities and social spaces, regular housekeeping of communal areas, and an on-site maintenance team. Please note that your TV licence is not included.

Are there any additional bills I need to pay?

No. Your rent covers all water, electricity, heating, laundry (one wash & one dry per week) and superfast Wi-Fi. There are no hidden extras — what you see at the point of booking is what you pay. The one thing not included is a TV licence, which is your responsibility if you watch live television or use BBC iPlayer.

Can I choose who I live with?

Can I request a preference for my flatmates?

We'll always do our best to accommodate preferences — whether that's around course, gender, or lifestyle. Due to GDPR, we're unable to share personal details about other residents, but feel free to let us know your preferences at the time of booking and we'll try to match these where we can.

What kind of events do you run for residents?

Life at Domo is about more than just a place to sleep. We run a programme of events throughout the year — from social evenings and study sessions to wellness activities and seasonal celebrations. We aim to have at least two events a week during your stay ranging from small run clubs or coffee mornings to larger events like welcome week or Halloween parties.

Who can book with Domo Student?

Our accommodation is available to students in full-time higher education. You'll need to be — or confirm that you will be — enrolled at a university or higher education institution. You also need to be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian should get in touch with us before a booking is made.
